This release is a special one for me.
When I finished the original track a few months ago, I immediately had the idea to have it reinterpreted by a select group of people.
EASTMYND is a producer friend of mine from the Düsseldorf area (originally from the UK) who delivers a wonderful minimal version of the track with his remix.
PTTY is a fellow German producer based in Erfurt who has developed his own unmistakable signature sound over the years. His version flows beautifully toward deep house.
Ian Oskadev lives in Prague and has already made a name for himself with releases on labels like RAWAX. His remix adds a striking vocal sample to the original and features a driving groove.
The whole thing was a really fun project, because not only do these three make great music, but they’re also just really nice people with whom I enjoy discussing music.
As with all my releases, the EP was mastered by the one and only Perla Audio.
