An excursion into the wide field of ambient music.
Four atmospheric pieces were created in an extended studio session with the SOMA Cosmos drifting memory station.
Almost all of the sounds originate on the guitar. The title track Cosmic Canvas immerses the listener in a constantly changing acoustic orbit.
Transition creates goose bumps with its dense structure and noise-like soundscapes.
In Tension, the tones of a steel-string acoustic create a dark vortex of tense timbres that seem to dissolve into the universe.
The final track, Ethereal, also begins with the tones of a steel-string acoustic, which merge into a buttery carpet of sound before returning to their origins.

Two techhouse tracks kick off a series of releases coming in spring 2025:
Upon Arrival is based on two interwoven synth pads, driven by a striking bassline. Emerging from the breakdown, a hypnotizing polymeter figure leads to the climax and then a gentle landing.
In Flight lives from a pounding percussion heavy beat, contrasted by a haunting polyrhythmic synth pattern.
Both tracks go back to drafts from 2021, which were finally completed earlier this year.
