Human Connection is the essence of human existence. Everything we do and feel happens in the context of social relationships.
Unfortunately, the blessings of modernity mean that human connections are increasingly being lost.
We retreat into our digital refuges and simulate connection through (anti)social media, which serves to alienate us even more from one another.
Alarmingly, therapy and companionship are among the most common use cases for AI these days.
This album is a reminder that real human relationships cannot be replaced and never will be. Let´s nurture and celebrate our togetherness.
Preferably with good music on the dance floor. Cheers!

It´s a tech house EP and a clear statement for an old-school club culture.
Where DJs act first and foremost as curators of tasteful tunes that make the dancefloor shake.
Where the music takes center stage and not some questionable “show”.
Where people come to dance and not to film any super duper DJ with their smartphone.
Where DJs don’t have to make a clown of themselves to be successful.
Back to the music! A good set, played over a decent sound system, is all it takes.

Behind Dunes was created during a one-week stay at the North Sea. The Dutch dune landscape and daily walks by the sea provided more than enough inspiration for this deep house EP.
A defining string quartet figure carries the title track, surrounded by a wave-like synth pad. Driftwood features a laid-back percussion groove accompanied by a dreamy synth line halfway through the track.
Shoreline is characterized by jazzy synth chords which flow over a compelling bass figure. Rough Sea is driven by its gnarled bass line, contrasted with lush chords that weave through the scenery.
