Where DJs don’t have to make a clown of themselves to be successful.
Back to the music! A good set, played over a decent sound system, is all it takes.

Behind Dunes was created during a one-week stay at the North Sea. The Dutch dune landscape and daily walks by the sea provided more than enough inspiration for this deep house EP.
A defining string quartet figure carries the title track, surrounded by a wave-like synth pad. Driftwood features a laid-back percussion groove accompanied by a dreamy synth line halfway through the track.
Shoreline is characterized by jazzy synth chords which flow over a compelling bass figure. Rough Sea is driven by its gnarled bass line, contrasted with lush chords that weave through the scenery.

Underneath defies musical categorization but offers a catchy groove. Is it deep house? Jazz house? In any case, the piece is marked by a melancholic atmosphere and features an unconventional soulful guitar solo in the middle.
Rest In Yourself is a rhythmic collage of acoustic sound snippets accompanied by a light and airy groove. The track exudes a positive melancholic mood.

Word is driven by an edgy bassline, over which various vocal effects are unleashed. An hypnotic arpeggio adds further tension to this trippy tech house track.
Texture develops over a rolling tom tom groove and captivates the listener with question-and-answer sounds.

Boxer is a groovy house track that calls out to be played at peak time. Its powerful pumping kick and bass foundation carries some euphoric synth chords with confidence.
You Gotta Know with its organ chords is reminiscent of classic house tunes. Next to a catchy vocal sample, the juicy bass riff gives the track its special character.

Intention / Perception takes us into deep house territory.
Intention is based on a mid heavy chord pattern, topped by a bright synth pad while a deep 808 kick forms the sub bass foundation.
Perception bathes in broad synth pads which stem from the almighty Sequential Prophet 6. Moody vocal cuts are giving the track its special atmosphere.

On progress thrives on its driving synth figure, complemented by bell-like chords that playfully compete for the listener’s favor.
Get Going captivates with its rolling groove and catchy vocal cuts. In the breakdown, an intricate synth figure takes over and drives the track home.

An excursion into the wide field of ambient music.
Four atmospheric pieces were created in an extended studio session with the SOMA Cosmos drifting memory station.
Almost all of the sounds originate on the guitar. The title track Cosmic Canvas immerses the listener in a constantly changing acoustic orbit.
Transition creates goose bumps with its dense structure and noise-like soundscapes.
In Tension, the tones of a steel-string acoustic create a dark vortex of tense timbres that seem to dissolve into the universe.
The final track, Ethereal, also begins with the tones of a steel-string acoustic, which merge into a buttery carpet of sound before returning to their origins.
